Although based in Nepal and not registered as a business entity in Australia, we assist Australian mortgage brokers with client pricing reviews and rate maintenance services. Mortgaze Help is a Nepal-based company supporting Australian mortgage brokers by assisting in pricing review services for existing home loan clients. We are not an Australian credit licensee and do not provide direct services to Australian consumers.

By interacting with us or providing personal information (including on behalf of your clients), you consent to us collecting, storing, and using that information under this Privacy Policy.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services to brokers. This may include:

If you provide us with information about your clients, you acknowledge and confirm that:

  • You have obtained appropriate consent from your clients for their data to be shared with third-party service providers like us.

  • You will inform your clients of how their information is being used, including the fact that it may be processed overseas.

As we operate from Nepal, data you share with us will be stored and processed outside of Australia. By using our services, you consent to this cross-border data handling.
